@uzr+1r79n7qu That's the other thing - will those of us punted to Accenture have a merit or COL? Because that job isn't "comparable" if it's a 10% pay cut from last year's salary.
Email stating that operation STAR is complete just before performance appraisal results come out. Heard bonus, promotions and salary revision are going to be abysmal. Wonder why the email comes just before those conversations are to be had?🤔
