For those impacted, will the severance be 1 week per year as stated in the SPD or will it be the 3 weeks they have been giving the past few layoffs?

Any word on severance for Canadian employees? Is it also 3 weeks per year of service?
We just completed an EOI for SVS in US Legal and it is definitely 3 week per YOS. I only have 6 years at Shell, so 18 weeks is not going to entice me to submit for SVS.
If you go into HR online and then US policies and benefits homepage, you can find there the document US Special Severance Offboarding Guide. The latest version is dated Jan 2014 and it still includes the special severance allowance of 3 weeks per year as long as you sign their paperwork.
