Tried logging into ADP per Broadcom instructions but it is requiring an Employee number. Did anyone else encounter this?

“…Incentive or Retention RSUs”

FYI, the RSUs (at least in my severance doc) says 2024 Refresh Equity Grant and not Incentive RSUs. Those were very specific Grants and not the ones everyone got when they joined Bcom.

No retention RSU. Have zero clue how or when it will arrive. Paystub for severance is in ADP. No 401k or the like taken out.

Ditto on the RSU payout - nothing. As well, I got the severance pay deposited with absolutely no details as to how the final deposit was derived. I had 14 years in at VMware so was expecting a 12-week severance package.

No idea how the net number was derived until I guess eventually, they will snail mail a paystub. I have the gross number from the addendum in the severance letter and damn - the net number was significantly less than I anticipated from the gross number.

As usual, Broadcom's transparency and clear communication leaves much to be desired. 😒

Taxed 30% on severance and no state tax or 401k- is this normal? I was expecting it to be around 22%. Hope payroll provides a statement. Anyone on same page?

I've heard March 1 for that but can't attest to the reliability of my source
