Cash versus stock split is based upon grade level. We are set to get 94% of our total available payout because we did not hit some arbitrary goal.
Likely 3-5%
3 % + 1 month of your salary divided into 60% cash and 40% RSU.
Not reading the room? This guy has middle management written all over him.
I'd like to point out this is a LAYOFF platform. That means people are posting about losing their livelihoods while you're asking about your bonus. Read the room.
Not yet finalized. March.
They are right. There are no layoffs (on townhall day).
(They like to savor the layoffs and don't want to be distracted.)
No layoffs? Tell that to the remote employees who left on 2/15 and later on 3/15 and 4/11
In a townhall today we were thanked for all the hard work and how great the company is doing. “We are not laying off like other companies” BUT we want you to do more each day…NOT one word about increases and forget bonus… most don’t qualify anyway… low workers…gee thanks I’m so enthused
Serious answer: yes there are typically bonuses/raises yearly which should go out in the next 1 to 2 paychecks.
Raises always fall in the 2-3% a year because "it was a tough year" or "the economy looks bad"
Given the ongoing inflation rate is higher than what the fiserv raises are, you will essentially be getting a pay cut.
As a special performance bonus, JSOC privately warned me of the danger of the door hitting me on the way out.
If your name is Frank then you are contractually obligated to take your raise. 6% I believe.
yes in dreams only
LOL!!!!!!
