Low share price, weak leadership in the growing parts of the business (G&LC, solar, offshore wind), no internal mobility below svp level, over hiring in regions, too much external hiring diluting bp culture including safety, promoting wrong people and no cost culture. What is the board waiting for to bring changes ???

I’m less than two years from being eligible to retire and I’m thinking now. It’s just not a good place to be
Too much external hiring ki-ling the moral of those people already in bp
I feel ashamed to say I work for BP. Only good thing is our trade organization. Our glory days are way behind. Bankruptcy round the corner. Board also milking the cash till the cow is dry. Employees waiting to retire. Younger ones using the brand to get good money and then move on. Middle managers lubing up because they will get it from behind
