Hi all, I know the time range has opened for reviews. If anyone would be willing to share their percentage of RRP they received, I would appreciate it. Not wanting to know the actual amount you received, but I want to have an idea of the percentages being given out. If you don’t want to share the percentage thats ok.

Can someone help me understand how the RRP percentage is determined? I see different percentages shared here.
Is it up to your manager what percentage of the available bonus they think you’re worth?
Or would, for example, an 80% RRP award mean you got 80% of your department’s available bonus?
Thank you.
No, you cannot see your merit/bonus online. Managers got an email today and they access the statements on comp planner which employees do not have access to. Your manager should give you your review and email you the statement pdf. But give your manager some time. They literally posted today late morning EST.
Pg-27
Rating: 4
Merit: 1600
RRP: 105 $4000
The 4 rating burns as it did everything I was asked but some high end items no one else could do.
Grade 29. Rated a 4. 2% raise. 100% of funded RRP but overall was about 25% less than last year total bonus.
Even my departments best workers got played on their RRP and their wage increase. When they can do 5times the amount of work…………yeah. Good times 👍
Does anyone know if we have to wait for our review to see our merit and RRP or if we can see it online somewhere?
Your manager should give you your statement when they give you your common review. The statement displays merit and RRP if awarded. The statements just released today so your manager may be planning yours soon. They have till the 26th to do it.

How do you check how much bonus you got? I can't find it anywhere on GSS.

RRP - 0
Grade 27, rating 4
Merit: 1.7%
RRP 105%/$4500
Merit 3% (supposedly the highest on my team) and bonus says it was 160% of funding and is $2200ish, grade 27. My bonus was higher last year and my raise was about 4% so it’s not that different from last year for me, but I know some on my team are going to get almost nothing—though they are genuinely lower performers (skating by 3s and someone who I think is on whatever Optum calls a PIP).
Merit 1-2%
RRP; We were told since CHC divisions were not moved over for 2023 as products and worked as “separate entities” we were not eligible. So zero bonus.
GL 27
Merit: 1.52% / $1,200
RRP: 76% / $3,000
Low to NO merit/RRP and management will still be shocked when EXI survey results are poor
Grade 27
Merit: 4%
RRP: 103% = 4100$
GL30
Merit - 0%
RRP Funding - 20%
all leaders were instructed to give Merit increases and RRP bonus to younger employees. Younger employees are Gl25, GL26, GL27, GL28.

Merit 2%
RRP 100%
GL 29
Rating:3
Merit 2%
RRP 70%
I tell everyone I know considering interviewing here to ask them about raises. 90% of the time annual merit increases have been 1-2%, and that’s with a 4 overall. If you are a satisfactory employee, doing a good job you would get less or nothing. Any other answer would be a lie! When you consider the worst medical benefits I have ever had, this is a sh-t hole to work! Before I get trolled to leave, I have quiet quit and just waiting for a layoff severance or retirement in 2yrs🙂
I do not understand how all reports are showing massively increased profits in 2023 but RRP is super low. Plus a lot of staff getting no bonus. How is that possible?
Exceeding expectations GL31 0% merit ; $0 RRP ; $0 equity. I cut my effort to < 32 hours per week. Its not worth it.
2% is going to be a good raise. Don't expect more unless you are top 5% overachievers. Many will get 0-1%
Raise: 0-3.75%
RRP: 0 - 75% of Max, and the Max side is for super starts. Typical 50-60%
Lies, lies, lies and more lies. Let them talk and go get a snack. It's all lies.
