Pure Storage is not doing as well financially as they lead on. They have been really harping on employees to save company money, they stopped providing lunch to their employees and cut most of the snacks and food perks. Additionally they have started laying off support personnel. In both flashblade and flasharry.

Lot's of changes at Pure as the company is trying super hard to get to the next level and try to win over NetApp customers. Not a lot of success here..... Probably the reason why several sales execs departed Pure and are now at NetApp.
Lots of decline in products and the as-a-service business is in trouble. You can certainly expect cuts in the coming month. It typically starts in January.
For those that are hybrid in major hubs in the US, get ready for more time onsite. Rumor has it that "Charles in Charge" is going to announce a 5-days onsite. Feel free to ask execs and see what level of response you get.......
