Working on a pilot for the 2U story, called F. Dark comedy with lots of background music. Like Billions, but not as highbrow (fewer allusions). Not as lowbrow as Animal House. The first year JK bribes a big university, SCU, then hires Chip (changed his name to Kip) away from a scam called Hooked on Phonetics. He also hires a guy named Mac Carson who previously ran a collection of for-profit colleges. Kip s*** JK in the back (metaphorically) followed by two years of parties and spending. In the meantime, Kip hypnotizes a billionaire tech geek babe investor named Samantha Wooden, who graduated from SCU. Kip then convinces Samantha to put down a billion in shares--and convince all of her followers to invest too. In the end, which may take about two years, shareholders, students, and finally workers, catch on after an expose in the Wall Street Journal. Kip departs with $60M and that's another spinoff, where he cons a bunch of pro athletes. In the end, the FBI raids the place. Purely fictional, like Billions.

Okay but in all seriousness there could be 2U docuseries easily. Similar to the Theranos and WeWork ones.
Kip should be played by Paulie Shore. Heard he’s outstanding playing has-been hermits who venture off with their money never to be heard from again.
Michael Keaton plays JK. But who plays Kip, Mac, and Samantha?
