How to check WARN notices for layoffs? any specific websites per state ?

You can’t check because Citi is going around this by putting everyone on a non-working notice. Basically they are paying you for 60 days to not work which allows them to skip on posting the mass layoffs. If you’re afraid for your job just apply to new jobs just in case. Good luck with everything
