For real. Take that vcip and buy some XOM. Retire early and let the machine keep eating. The sand will backfill your absence like you were never there.

So much negativity out there by all of you. Are you grateful for anything? Try it. For those threatening to leave, please do. We had a great year and the results were one of the highest payouts in company history. Enjoy it and be thankful

The funniest part was Mark starting out saying the Q&A portion is always his favorite (given he has omitted them completely in most Town Halls) and then during the staged “Q&A Session” at the end there was only one audience question taken. The rest were pre-screened questions and/or written by Communications, HR, or the ELT.

The 1 live question almost seemed planted because it was on a topic that Mark would want to address. Question “Why aren’t you buying back shares?” Mark “We are and will continue to as long as our company is not valued as high as we think it should be.”

Hardly the most pressing employee concern. Maybe grant more stock options to the plebs so we care about the stock price AND feel like we are getting compensated well for our efforts?

With my clueless self at the helm, 100% sounds great to me. So consider yourself privileged that we are even in business.

You all should be proud of the hard work you achieved to receive this 115% payout. While this may not be what you all expected, it's one of the best payouts we expect to have over the next 5 years! Thanks to BT, you all made it happen!
