When are they going to realize Grid needs working bees and not more talkers: directors and above, talking IBL and whatever new flavor of nonsense.
This prediction came true today! IT&D got the news today of the layoffs. Try to find another internal role (if affected) or get severance.
Yeah something bad is definetly brewing. Nothing spells desperation like changing the annual bonus structure in the final quarter, and holding a hiring freeze during the same quarter while it is obvious that many departments don’t have enough people.
