(February 12, 2024, 10:40 PM EST) — Data analytics outfit Teradata urged the Ninth Circuit on Monday to revive its trade secret and tying claims against software giant SAP, saying a lower court judge wrongly excluded testimony from its expert economist and misconstrued agreements about confidentiality made when the two companies attempted a partnership.

Teradata is starting to sound like SCO as it was going out of business.

Desperation! The lawsuit was always a dream. The past CTO convinced multiple CEOs it was solid and he would be the hero that brought in tens of millions. He just used it to keep his job 10 years longer while he traveled the world on Teradata’s expense budget.
