I have started the submission process for 2023
I’m confused. So are you guys doing review or not doing reviews? One guy said no while the other said yes.
In corporate we were told to do 2023 reviews, but the notification said they were pusing off dispersing compant goals for 2024 due to all the restructure.

In corporate we are NOT asked to do annual review for 2023. They will pick up 360s in the summer. My gut is telling me that’s a sign for another round of layoff before summer, they not gonna waste manpower to do everyones’s reviews or give raises.
