What can happen to the BoD and ELT if found they cooked the books? Is prison possible? That would be fair.
Having a law firm looking into the ELT’s actions is undoubtedly making a few people nervous. Analysts finally started asking some hard questions. Attorneys will be asking even harder ones.
I think it’s a repeat, but I bet more will jump on the bandwagon.
