JA is toxic and failed in his current role. No one can talk to him, he is out for a holiday and nothing more. He fails to inspire anyone around him

I couldn't agree more on the TC comment although the bigger issue is JA who is a text book toxic leader. He lacks empathy, approachability and integrity. A great HBR case study in the making on using wokeness to put lipstick on a bunch of pigs.
Listening to the earnings call is like a bad class project. You have amateur leadership.. this is what happens. All excuses. Listen to a Snowflake earnings call, not even comparable.
