With end-of-year evaluations coming up with your leaders soon, do they have any wiggle room to give you more than what they initially tell you your pay bump will be? If we’re moving to the office, can we leverage that as a point in our favor?

Pay planning for FY25 has already been submitted.
Pay planning is locked in you cant do sh-t about it so accept the few cents as your merit raise to kiss goodbye
EOY evaluations is not the room to discuss pay/bonus. It will be too late anyway. It's already set.
