Cost optimization efforts

I hope this starts with getting rid of marketing and anyone director and up.

Marketing can not help this dying company. It’s a waste of money. Not enough lipstick and perfume to cover it.

I agree with the poster who thinks it’s terrible to wish an entire department gone. It should actually be the entire company.

I sold at almost 50 and I still think Teradud Marketing is staffed with failures and sycophants who wouldn’t be missed.

That’s a gamble you took by holding on to your stocks too long here.

Hope karma catches up with whoever is wishing that whole department gets let go. WTH

Nah, I’ll continue to cheer on a useless organization that is totally sc--wing my investment.

It is one thing to want poor performing ELT to be kicked to the curb.

But to actively cheer on layoffs for an entire function? Seriously. No.

When that department is useless, low-performing and a cost sink, yes…they can all go. I would be happy to wake up with them gone and actual producers supported.

Imagine being the kind of person who wakes up and wants an entire department in their company laid off

Director-level span of control is way too low. Totally agree!
