Any more news on river valley area or Stanford area layoffs
go into outlook and look at all the meeting bookings, any day where HR has most or all of the rooms booked is the day.
i guess it is possible if there are only one or two terminations in specific groups that they are doing them now. Some one posted above their co worker was gone today and someone else posted that they have a call with HR tomorrow. its hard to do 650 in one day so maybe some low hanging fruit is being taken care of sooner rather than later maybe???
We were told in a meeting today with our VP that it's the end of the month and it wasn't going to change as far as he knew. STIP and performance ratings are to be communicated by People Leaders between the 16th and 23rd. Everything is pointing to the week of the 26th.
What department/ location was the termination
Yup, my coworker was just let go. Now I’m worried, probably the next two Wednesday's are going to be rough.
It’s on the 29th
It’ll be announced Tuesday the 20th and lay offs will occur the 21st. Scope out some calendars of individuals who would have it in their calendar.
Any substance to this or just speculation?
Stanford area will be without an equipment operator, valve man and maybe one operator…. Very minimal loss for a strong area with great leadership.
agree it will be the last week of this month. STIP reports start going out Friday, Monday is a CDN Holiday and all of next week is for STIP and YE Ratings release so week is too short. the week after it is likely Tues/Wed as they dont do layoffs on Mondays or Fridays
“Tomorrow is on” has never been more relevant
Is this the Enbridge version of the Valentine's Day massacre? A Gassacre?
I expect that we will receive the email on February 26, with layoffs on feb 27. What makes you say tomorrow?
What areas got the heads up email....
