Will CSG Still Pay the Bonus?

Feeling horrible CSG let many go in order to pay those that remain a bonus. I'm concerned CSG is facing cashflow problems, don't have evidence but their manner of operation tells me otherwise.

Anyone else overwhelmed with doubt CSG at the 11th hour will either not pay or fail to pay what they promised?

Well, payday came and they are paying bi-weekly for the severance versus the lump sum as I was told. They are so cheap they are trying to make every last cent of interest. The real fun is state unemployment will not pay either if you get a severance payment. In other words, you are no longer an employee, but we will abuse you like one. And, of course, still have not sent the COBRA paperwork promised.

If you are a customer, run. Fast and far. Start looking for another product, as the business will abuse you more. I should not be surprised by any of this. Costs will keep going up, and service and product quality keep going down.

Correlation does not imply causation. They let us know ahead of time when a bonus would be delayed so I do think it'll post. It's the carrot they're using to attract people. "If you stick around, we'll give this huge pile of cash!" Ha little do the new kids know...you have a minimum 10% chance a couple times a year to be laid off and never see any cash. likely higher if you're unwilling to kiss as--s and grovel

The bonus will definitely get paid. It shouldn’t be a surprise that cash flow is good after all the cuts.

They probably move the payout date ahead with some excuse and then do another set of layoff but not paying the bonus at all
