The ball has started rolling for more dead weights to be gone. This will be in the fancy BU.
Dell already did a clean up 2 years ago, but didnt eradicate all cancers from the team.
Dell has high ambition but it didnt hire good people. With current layoff season, it might get lucky and hire someone from outside who has proven experience... or maybe the dell culture of "friendship network" will continue to kick out actual skilled people. Lets wait and watch.

It's PR BS. Executives always retire or are "pursuing other opportunities". They are hardly ever let go.
She retired at 38?
