Based in Spain. We just received an email from HR, being excluding anyone from a promotion is considered discrimination. Hahaha

Adopt more European policies to protect employees against greed and corporations. For sure, there're useful id--ts who support these policies even if they are affected by this form of ultra radical capitalism

I see Spain was included in "phase 2" along with most other EU countries. Interesting that Ireland is included in "Phase 1"
If it is true that the mentioned EU law applies, are the company taking a gamble that people in Ireland will just accept without question??
