New Payroll "ASR" Information

Hi, all.
The pay bands got posted today.
Does anyone know how to interpret the max. "ASR" number? I am hearing all sorts of stories.

Some say it's the maximum salary currently being paid for that C-level for your department (or division) for your location. So if you are a C13 in ERM, the number is the max base salary currently being paid to a C13 in ERM in NYC? Or perhaps it's the max being paid right now to a C13 in Risk in NYC?

Pay bands are not based on levels or multi level bands until your md. It's salary and offer is based on location and what hiring feels your worth, lower end middle or higher end. 170k to 300k director paybm band and 250k to 500k is md but some mds make over 600k due to scope of org and complexity

Every C level has 3 bands based on experience and skills.

it is apparently just your pay band, but rather odd that C14s in NYC alone have different paybands?

In workday, Click profile picture, then under compensation (left hand side)

I believe that is the specific range for your specific pay grade, which would be assigned based on your role and location.
