That’s what they say now until they get hauled in front of Jeff and their name shows up on some report.

Don’t trust any manager if what they are communicating is opposite of what is in the communication and FAQ.

Luckily I have un ultra badass manager and he's already told us he's not going to pay a lot of attention to it. So long as we aren't WAY off from hitting 39 days, he doesn't really care much. Even our SVP of our BU disagrees with this RTO bs and doesn't plan on "enforcing" it too much.

m10 people leader here, was just in a meeting where most of us manager are pi---d about this and the issues its going to cause. most of us feel its very unethical and un needed. so many un answered questions, dell is asking managers to become the police.

Sounds like the entire services organization will be classified as “field”. So not required to choose remote or hybrid.
