How are you supposed to get good results with this company's record of deceit .that's impossible .fake press can't buy everything

Neiman Marcus denied the allegations. “Thirteen straight men represent almost over 30 percent of the senior hires and promotion,” the company said, adding that it has promoted “16 leaders from within” including “4 white, straight men; 1 Asian man and 1 black woman.”
Where are they? Not at the SVP level. And another white straight male is leaving…..
I actually read the blog and our ESG report. The blog is missing a few names of white males. But the point about hires at SVP and above is hard to determine from the ESG report it’s not broken down by that level. Perhaps there is a story there.
Looking at our current SVP population by name it does show a bias of no white males. Hard to argue.
The blog post seems accurate. If you look at all the Chief and President positions - there’s 11 of them - it’s hard to argue there isn’t a bias.
G-y employees, African American employees, men, women, Europeans, your right results or in this case lack of can cause people in the know to bring up anything.
What can really get to employees is cutbacks cost cutting without a example from the leader to share the pain.
Anything that comes out about this company will always be centered around how it is being run and what is occurring at the bottom line.
