Is anyone else planning on resigning on 3/1? The second my check with whatever minimal pennies they throw my way and try to tell me I should be appreciative of is deposited, I'm done with this organization.

Need short time to decide which offer to accept. Might work 2 jobs for a bit.
My performance review has been completed. I am a fickle, petty woman who dislikes my manager and have decided this is the limit on my kindness.
Observations.
My manager is weak, doesn't have a firm grasp on math and does not understand cause and effect.
If I continue to perform my actual job duties assigned at the same level I am now, my performance remains the same. I am able to perform my job with zero assistance from anyone else.
If I no longer perform any of the value-add activities I uniquely and frequently do, this will impact our team's performance, other teams and ultimately him. He failed to include any of this in value my review.
In order for me to impact his overall performance, I only need to mute or unmute myself. Offer assistance or not. Offer advice or not.
My current status: denial of service.
I will if I can ever find a new job
I think my supervisor said we'll find out next week for our department.
Doing my best to persevere, as I wait to be RIF'd and given a package.

Will we get a notification this week about the RRP? Once I get it, I’m gone. I’ll travel for a month then get back to work doing something that won’t su-k the life out of me for pennies on the dollar.
You won't be sorry you did. Every once in a while it becomes a matter of one's personal pride and has to walk away.
I remember we used to get the occasional emails with flowery language telling us how valued we were but it was never expressed in any real way that we could feel. It was all bogus. Just leave with your pride intact.
That's when the bonuses are sent out with our checks.
Why 3/1?
Yes, I'm doing the same thing and resigning on 03/01. I can't stand the greed and fake positivity anymore. This company has treated me like a soulless machine long enough. Good luck to you, OP.
Congrats, and good luck. This company doesn't deserve anyone who actually wants to make a difference -- otherwise they would give us the voice and power to do so. Hope we all find positions in a company that isn't stacked with soul-less (and borderline illiterate) upper management who are so incompetent they can't do anything to provide and instead are only capable of pointing fingers, outright lying, and harassing others.
