next round in oct??
That sounds about right
Does anyone know that the Indian managers cut bonuses of US employees and pay more bonuses to the Indian employees in India?
It's heartbreaking, they wiped almost my entire team. We worked so much through the year to achieve growth but that was not enough. Somehow I survived but still is a very bitter sweet feeling, as mentioned in other comments, many top performers were let go. A lot of uncertainty and lack of communication, BMC was such a great place to work. (Not any more)
The word is 8.5% of world wide employees gone. The process was cold, heartless and toxic for most. From those I’ve head from.

Bye Meaningless Cost
(BMC)
It's still hiring engineers from Indian by the incompetent Indian manager in the US
It just goes to show the ineptitude of the leadership team to lay staff off during the SKO.
As it's been said before BMC is just another woke toxic brand now.
JA was forced out I bet he is laughing now.
Devastation today in ANZ, in sales. Many layoffs, and it's not about performance because many top performers were let go. It's obviously about cost cutting to position for an IPO. So much for the last 12 months of PG PG PG. How do you get growth with no sales people?
What is 411 ?
Has anyone gotten the 411 on the serverance package?
Which groups were impacted by the RIF? Did any of the stupid & evil execs finally get removed??? If not then WTF?!
The notifications are out !!!!!!
As far as the workforce is concerned It's now all about cost not value, I wonder why. Maybe KKR have woken up to the to the disastrous leadership of first time CEO.
Terrible leadership been doing quiet layoffs for years.
It’s bigger than anyone thought they are trying to keep it quiet,People being given notice who have been with the company a long time
Complete chaos across all levels of the organization right now, clueless execs too busy infighting and feathering their own nests to put themselves in the best position for what’s to come, spilling into wide reaching blunders all over the place.
Spot on about the melomaniac executives especially HR leadership.
