They are outsourcing to India/South Africa with EXL and LTIMindtree

EXL has had a contract with Lincoln since 2019 and has been horrible since day one. They’ve been a big part of handling premiums and routinely make “little” errors like drafting $1000 rather than $100. Oopsies!
And Congruent.
Leadership told us that they aren't paying EXL and are fining other vendors because of how bad their work is.
When and who? I suspected EXL...
