Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

Asking the real questions here

If pieces were to fall off one of Boeing’s planes and land on my property causing damage or physical harm, can I sue them? Can I also sue the airline?

Follow-up question: if I’m flying in a Boeing plane as a passenger, and a piece of it flies off or fails, endangering me directly, can I sue them and/or the airline?

@The bitter DEI troll: I really don’t need your opinion on this. Thanks in advance for staying off my thread.

You have to show damages. If it just lands in a field you own what exactly damage did it do?
Your feelings were hurt?

And down goes the draino stock. All the negative Nancys not wanting to hear the truth about 100% work from home. You can only layoff so many people and keep afloat. Keep wasting dolla dollas on all the office expenses. Hard head makes a soft .....

When in litigation everyone around the unsafe activity is potentially open for a lawsuit. Just saying.

Yeah it's weird all the attitude on this. Seems like a good question to me, and sorry if pieces of boeing junk destroyed your property or livelihood

I would obviously consult a lawyer, there's a good chance you can sue for damages. They're probably setting up a class action right now. Id get involved in that if you can, that's much less personal so it won't require a lot of time on your part to win the case

Good luck

Can we sue to get 100% work from home again? Since we all suffer financial damages, increased health risks, as well as psychological damages from being forced inside an office all day with other people. When the job can clearly be done alone.
