Just curious. I know several longtime Macy's employees who are exceptional workers. They carry their departments and are always committed to surpassing expectations. These same employees have been awarded many Employee of the Year awards. The best reward Macy's could provide was a "free" lunch. Seriously. These are your most loyal employees and all you can throw their way is a free lunch? Has anyone ever received a more appropriate reward? Asking for a demoralized friend.
