I was laid off without reason, ROE stated there was work scarcity as reason of layoff. No technical learning scope provided, not much scope to grow, There is work-life balance, but when you work long you are actually decreasing your skills by not working on industry standard tools.And what is work-life balance when people are laid off without valid reason.
