Has anyone heard what will happen to the Dell badged VMware reps? OSS/ISS/DSAT/Channel, ect? Been hearing different things from different sources. Broadcom takeover is helping change things up.

Dell is always up to something whenever it ends in cuts to boost the bottom line.
Expect more endings of third party agreement’s with other companies will be happening as time progresses.
It's a wrap. Broadcom is ja--ing up VMware licensing by 10x and chopping off anything that can't be price gouged.
Broadcom will gouge large institutions, lay off almost everyone, and use the cash in this high interest rate economy to grab quick cash.
The moment customers can push back in 5 years Broadcom will sell the skeletons that remain to the highest bidder.
March 1st—game over.
Broadcom is ki-ling Horizon and ja--ing up licensing costs by 300-600%. Small VMware partners are being cut out. VMware is being destroyed for short term profits and will likely be sold off in 3 years when there is a mass exodus to other providers. I recommend sticking around as long as possible and jumping to a competitor post WFR. Welcome to capitalism where the value of a 25 year old company can be wiped out in a few years because of short sighted greed. Such a shame because VMware really has great solutions.
I was told my mgmt to look for a job ASAP
Feb 2 is the last day that VMware has committed to paying for funded heads.
Funded heads have been encouraged to start looking. Nothing concrete but much is implied.
not much is to change at least to what I can see and that is 6momths out
