Many changes are happening this Feb to include 100% online, reorganization of resources and WFR. There is no if, only timelines - the next few weeks should unvail the timelines for anyone close with leadership. Please share them as we go.

I'm in Services in EMEA and the morale in the teams is rock bottom. The quality of the work has decreased, getting results from people is an ever increasing challenge. This is impacting business. Roll on Feb so I can get on with my life
