This month has been UNUSUALLY slow. Voluntary time off has been posted a week in advance during peak season. This is very unsettling along with the forever changing job assignments and RUSH training classes for AT&T EG, which is said to take 3 to 5000 calls a day . Any word on layoffs ?

EG is employer Group.
Apparently alorica was like the 3rd party UHC had taking these calls . Something fell thru this week and we were scheduled a mandatory training . If anything it’s job security IF the group truely generates 3 to 5 THOUSAND calls a Day. My only concern is how slow it is around here during PEAK
Do we have an AT&T contract. And what does EG stand for?
