35+ years, remote, and not old enough for retirement.
I am torn about leaving before being let go and walking away from a severance package. It is tiring to deal with new people that don't know much because the company let go of a lot of knowledge. But I also do not want to find a new job with its many unknowns.
Stick with the "devil you know" until forced to do something else?
22 and half years. Started from the absolute bottom and worked up the chain of command. Our center had been shutdown for years and years before it shutdown it was our choice whether we felt like going in or not. It was like the chain was broken when I got the call. I gave that company dedication and loyalty my entire adult life. I ran like he-l from the entire Banking/Fintech industry and have zero regrets!
move from where to where?
I had 35+ Years of Service.

17 years and they just throw us out the window like trash. Fiserv used to be a great company before the First Data merger.
Training replacements now and they still don't get it. It takes way longer than 3 months to learn the ins and outs... I feel bad for the new people as the "new fiserv" is setting them up for failure. I'm sure many of them will quit too. It's a disaster in the making. Total sh!t show

10 plus and was hired remote. I have never lived close to any location
6 years when I was given the relocation option and found another job before my severance date. With a 96% customer survey score in implementations. You should see what that's teams score is now 😂😂😂

Still here after 30 years but sticking around to watch it all burn down, slowly, steadily surely!

Didn’t get asked to move, but aggressively applying elsewhere, because I don’t want to be left trying to fill the gap between people with a decades of experience and new employees for below market pay. 6+ years.

35 years (35 years of wholehearted loyalty to this company, 50+ hrs a week), but unfortunately let go because I declined to relocate to the BH office. I miss all the people and clients that I've crossed paths with. Fortunately for me I had a great rapport with many clients and vendors and, .... Now working for one of Fiserv's competitors - and loving it !!!
I was there for close to 17 years - but left on my own to more $ and more trust.
I had 41 years when I was let go

Consider yourself lucky you have the opportunity to be laid off. For others, they will squeeze you until you can't take it anymore and leave so they don't have to pay anything. This company's culture is toxic, representing the bottom of the barrel of corporate America.
I spent almost 15 years there and was the SME for our team when I left. Got a sizeable pay raise and no more laptop monitoring at the new gig. Glad to be gone.
