Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

The next Layoffs notices going out at Boeing need to be given to

the entire Boeing HR Department, the entire Boeing Ethics Department and every single Boeing lobbyist Boeing has working in Washington DC. And lastly without a doubt, 99% of all Boeing K, L and M level Managers at Boeing, especially the ones with McDonnell Douglas connections should be layed off. For the Boeing HR and Ethics Department losers, none of them deserve a 60-Day layoff notice, make it special and give them a 6-minute layoff notice. Because none of those losers have ever expressed remorse for the way they have treated Boeing employees.

Boeing could get rid of 3/4 of the vice-presidents, and nothing would be affected.

Creating a new COO executive position is the biggest waste of money I’ve seen in a while. If there’s one thing, Boeing is not in lack of its executives. Seven layers of management over every single employee has got to be the biggest waste of money at the company.

Yes Boeing needs to revamp their entire HR department. I even know of people that got hired on with fake resumes. How that happened? And you wonder why these planes are falling apart. HR has gotten lazy. They are basically hiring stay at home moms, & kids straight out of high school to put on the line. Smh

Bring back the talented engineers wherever they are, ditch the DEI BS, roll up our sleeves & get to work fixing the mess! SnowFlakes & people who don't know what s-x they are need not apply!

While it sounds drastic, a change like is needed to break the beaurocracy, get rid of nincompoop, who were low performing college /high school folks, or even college drop out and found their way into Boeing, under what ever pretext, DEI, nepotism, blah blah

Why can't bowing learn from likes of Amazon, Tesla and other who pretty much dissolved this whole stupid HR cr-p.

I can't believe folks in HR, who come with lowest end of college degrees, like social sciences, psychology etc., making 20 buck in hour, and are given the power to psycho analyze engineers.

As the population grows the challenge will be to keep the nincompoop our of position of influence
