- ) Dish only MADE the list of many large companies operating in CO, it wasn't singled for being anything special; 2.) Who the heck is Built In anyway?; 3.) The laundry list of Dish's supposedly comprehensive benefits is overinflated as the actual benefits package is pretty sparse and largelypaid for by employees; 4.) Anyone working at Dish knows what a generally toxic work environment it is with miserable, poorly treated employees.
Bottom line: This list is purely PROPAGANDA for Dish/Echostar which is a failing entity. Honestly, they couldn't pay me enough to work there.
