Most SVP's will be eliminated. SVP's will be moved as Technical resources than Management resources.

And btw - I do not see the SVP and D employees in my team going anywhere... Although SVP are useless - D are the real managers.
SVP is a made-up title for middle and back office employees to keep them happy and cheap... The more titles the more causes for rifts in a team.
What about VP's?
