Layoff’s at Qlik including Talend (EMEA, NORAM and other regions) resumed again Jan 10, 2024 and none of this comes as a surprise. Year end 2023 results are not officially published yet, but Q4 was disappointing and well below expectations. Qlik Management has done a poor job overall and they keep promoting their cronies to higher levels, while many hard working resources are getting nowhere. Thoma Bravo have no intention to keep this company since has been a Dog on their portfolio for many years, so expect more RIF’s and cuts if Revenue’s don’t improve. With Poor Management especially at C-level offering bad license deals for customers, the situation will likely get much worse. Many big customers have recently refused to sign multi year deals with Qlik, and are clearly looking to competitors for other options. This party won’t last long and Thoma Bravo needs to take a closer look at Qlik Management and RIF several of them as Step 1

Hear layoffs have occurred again this week. Tough situation when your product is a commodity and your competitors simply have more market share and are doing it better now. Managment does what Thoma Bravo directs to save themselves and get compensation serving on other portfolio boards. Dead end company at this point for new hires and customers alike
Qlik is now known as the Blockbuster video of data analytics. Poor leadership, lack of product advancement for years, and no hustle. It's very sad to see.
Qlik Management has been bad for a while and with the addition of Mediocre Talend Management, added to the mix, things are getting worse. Management overall lacks direction and focus and are certainly not making Strategic decisions to grow the company. When will Thoma Bravo wake up and shake up Qlik Management ?
The Company was doomed 7 years ago even before Thoma Bravo.. Basically, the main problem of Qlik is that is managed by stupid people who are not up to the task.
