People in HR have been “abruptly gone” for the last several years either on their own or being pushed out with no explanation or communication. If they showed signs of being “human” then they are now gone. What we are left with are clowns and mobsters.
HRVP is a clown. The person over HRIS is actually running the HR circus. She’s basically mobster. She tells BJ what to do.

to be fair where would MM have been able to get paid the ridiculous amount of money he has been paid if not by his boyhood friend.
These comparisons are deeply insulting to clowns.
The VP HR is incapable of making decisions (the haircut is proof positive). She's the perfect person to drive the clown car.
Clowns have training and work experience. MM is something else entirely.
I think MM is just a clown. Who’s only in his spot due to his lean in front of his friend and CEO. Most of his decisions have been laughable
please … The HR VP isn’t allowed to make a single decision. The show is run by the EVP who cannot make a decision without spending 10’s of millions on consultants.
HR VP would be an admin at any other company. I am sure that team is sick of being led by a paper pusher who spends her time tidying up the file room.
