1 - Position elimination due to fiscal mismanagement of creating a top heavy org. For every VP of this and that someone's job is eliminated to make way for more VPs
2 - Position elimination because someone from OpenTable needs the slot.
3 - Self layoff by those who fine jobs to leave the mess that Christa makes through fake it until you make it or break it.
Latest CRO lasted a year, the VP of Comm fled as soon as she found a new job. Did we really need a VP of Comm? Now the head of marketing is the CRO to immediately backfill the CRO who left and according to LinkedIn the average tenure is 1.4 years. The first CRO who is a friend of Christa's left after a year.
We know Chief Legal Officer Connie Chen will never leave Christa because that is the only way she go into tech.
