"Genpact’s OpenWealth business expects to lay off 365 people in Richardson next month after a client contract ends, according to a notice filed with the Texas Workforce Commission.
Genpact, a global professional services firm, expects the permanent layoffs to take place around Feb. 28, said the notice signed by company vice president and legal counsel Richard Sutton. It’s the company’s second major layoff in Richardson in the last 12 months."
