Same. Left a organized and profitable firm where bonuses were a given. Now I work at a circus 🤡 parading as a bank waiting on Jane-o-Vision to come into focus.
I'm with you. I've been here a year and quit another job to come. What a horrible mistake. It's been a sh*tshow since day one. So disappointing.
I've been even less and left a stable place of many years that even counter offered :/ but given the name I expected a very different reality.
