That's the fate all of us are facing, sooner or later. If there are cheaper options, the management will opt to use them. They can't replace us all at once, but let's be realistic, that's the end goal here. I don't plan to wait for my day to come and I think none of you should. Leave on your own terms.

Employees have been treated like garbage, you can do a great job and if your boss doesn’t like you your in a bad place, I had bosses for years that respected me and the work I did, until one lady got in our group and stepped on everyone to get ahead by telling lies to the new boss bad mouthing me and others. Remember your one bad boss away from getting terminated, even though you’re a great asset to the company. NCR is a very unethical company that doesn’t care about any of their employees, they will eliminate your job regardless.
You all brag about xucking off and getting paid for it. I dont blame you completely, management has the brunt of the blame. When the “Virtual Workplace” started in late 90’s, the closing of offices started this cr-p show. Managers got lazy, so associates followed. Leaders lead, but NCR has not had any leaders for many, many years. Now it is just another footnote in the history of once great companies.
If you have many years in, don’t quit, just keep collecting your pay, when you are let go, take the severance and unemployment, consider it the bonus money they never gave you, if your young and in debt with no savings, then find a new job now.
I've been skating more more in the last 3 years than Tanya Harding ever did in her entire life. WFH is great as long as it lasts, I even get nooners from my GF when she stops by after sales calls. :-P
They can replace all of us at once. Half of us aren’t delivering 100%. I have been skating for years. You just need to look busy and collect a paycheck.
