I had my review Wednesday.
Raise increases will range between 1-2.5%. Bonuses will be mediocre.
People managers are waiting for the ok to deliver the bad news.
Of course, bonus announcement will be delayed because layoffs will be announced in the 4th week. First layoffs then bonus

That link is click bait... No sense doing bonus announcements on a Fri ahead of a long weekend off Monday in the US with many people out. 16th, Tue, is the next business day and an obvious better time to do it.
Any news on salary increases? I already heard no increase for CPB NAM.
Nothing is delayed. My bonuses were always communicated either on or after earnings announcement date (up to a week later, depending on how busy my MD was). Sarah Butcher has never worked in a US bank...
Well at least Jane got her 23 million dollar raise, that’s what matters.
