Most of the companies listed offered between 4-6 weeks, Twitter (not in the previous list, but notable): Offered three months of severance pay to affected employees.
Meta (Facebook's parent company): Provided 16 weeks of base pay plus two additional weeks for every year of service, with no cap.
Microsoft: Included a severance pay package, six months of healthcare coverage, six months of stock vesting, and career transition services.
Salesforce: Offered a minimum of nearly five months of pay, health benefits, and career resources.

It is a good question. And yes, those left behind care, because they may be in the next round, and would benefit knowing what CSG does for those it lets go. So for the smart@ss that asks "why do you care?", well there is legitimate reason to ask. We all need to help each other, whether we're still around, and especially for those let go. Be nice.

Why do you care? If you still have a job, good for you. If you've been let go, why ask? A little compassion for those who lost their income and health insurance goes a long way.

It is a number; I have no idea of what it is made up of. Not bad but not great. And everyone's is probably a bit different. But it is better than I expected knowing this company's leadership and owners.
