I feel like I am a 3, a valued contributor. I told my manager I disagreed with this rating. I felt my peers deserved it more. I am not a favorite here and don't understand why I received it. Manager disagrees with me. I have not shared my rating with anyone. I'm almost embarrassed. I'm being very honest.

The difference in raises between each rating is moot. You are a 3 to me.
@lxg+1qwKK92M How so? The employee is the one over performing for less money. If you get a 1 it essentially means you are underpaid for what you do but they can't give you a promo so give a little extra bonus.
If I get a 1 then I know its time to move on to a new role asap.
Post ID: @1dfz+1qwKK92M Thanks Citi Line "Manager" or Citi HR for replying to your own original post. LOL!
@OP, you are just a show off. Shut up.
This is obviously a Fake, bogus, BULLSH!T and sarcastic Thread created by a Line "Manager" or Citi HR. NO One says "My 2-Rating is too high and by extension my Bonus will be too high and I can afford a better house, car, my children's education, etc. etc.. I actually deserve a 3-Rating instead. Please give my Higher Bonus and Higher Salary increase to my co-workers who actually deserve the 2-Rating." Citi BULLSH!T as usual from the Zombie, Joke, De@d Man Walking, Destitute, Cheap and Laughing Stock of Wall Street "Bank" ! ROTFLMFAO !
Ok you're a 3 . Congrats.
@kqq, op still isn't safe.
Post ID: @dlf+1qwKK92M: There is some truth to that. But I do not think it makes the employee a su---r, rather the managers/HR...
is this troll post? be sensitive sir/mam you work for a bank and not a FAANG so difference between 2 and 3 is not much.. chill
Be thankful you are not getting the axe
2 is fine.
I'd feel embarrassed about a 1 because it means I'm performing above my role but not getting renumerated for it so they mask that with a 1 and a slightly bigger bonus. Makes you a su---r.
Good one HR. Thanks for the lol.
Weird flex but ok
