The banking industry might be changing. But without employees Fiserv's software will not.

Banking isn’t changing. The tools used sure. The same old principals and hard work remain. This work requires a specific level of expertise and service levels. All of which have been decimated by FB and his draconian, old and tired methods just to get to the next quarter results for Wall Street. It is not a sustainable practice.

I don’t think the service team even cares about sla’s in contracts. I think it’s just standard language from what I’ve encountered over the years. Cases will not get better in 2024 with this next mass layoff. Please expect service to deteriorate in all areas. It is about to come to a screeching halt. The only way to beat this is to pay more money for a Project management as a service for your account. I’ve had good luck there!

A LOT, they also continue to increase to entice clients not to leave us. Nobody is accurately tracking this risk.

What is the penalty for Fiserv when they fail to provide what is laid out in the service agreement?
