98% remote team; no expectations on anyone to come into office. Besides, we’re all over the US so it wouldn’t make sense. We do expect cameras on at most times, as it makes sense (not for Town Hall, but 1x1s and when speaking in larger settings).

It said remote when hired, there was nothing on the job posting.
It depends on the role. The position you're apply for will tell you if it has travel.
Doesn’t it depend on your job level? I wouldn’t think lower level positions would need to go into the office. That seems to be more required for higher level positions. Also wouldn’t it say it in the posted job?
If you're a 100% telecommuter (work from home) then you don't have to. I've been with the company almost 10 years and have not stepped in any UHG/UHC office. I haven't seen/personally met my coworkers.
I'm 100% remote. I've been here for almost 1 year. I live about an hour and a half (on a good day) away from a building. My trainer said if your supervisor really wants to be an egg head, they may make you drive in to the office if your power goes out or something like that but other than that I'm purely at home. (And no, my supervisor is NOT an egg head, thank goodness.)
I'm remote and travel to clients and local offices. Would say about 40% travel.
Was it mandatory or could you have said no? I’m in a different state.
It depends on what area you work and if there is even an office location near you. I've been remote for 9 years now and have had to go into the office on maybe 3 occasions. Mostly for random town halls, team meetings, etc.
