I have some stock in Juniper from ESPP and RSU.
- Does Juniper pay dividends till the merger is completed?
- Will we get cash or the stock will be converted to HPE stock?

Given its 37 now , plus add the 2+% dividend, its a guaranteed 10+% for 1 year. Isn't it better to hold?
They technically would.
What about dividend payments, will jnpr continue paying this year.
This seems to be an all-cash deal. Any JNPR stock you have on the day of closure will be paid $40. You won't get HPE stock.
I won't wait till the Deal is closed. I would now sell anything that is not short-term and invest that into performing index funds. The difference would be made by the time deal closes ( likely end of 2024 or early 2025 ).
