how has it been? Many PBM SMEs with years of experience were let go including myself. Glad I was able to celebrate new year’s eve this year instead of being on-call when something breaks like years’ past. I imagine it’s been a sh1t show post August layoffs leading up to 1/1 and now with less people with intricate knowledge who could help triage.

Love this post. I’m sure it is because of all the folks who left, , who were pushed out, or laid off. I thank God every day I just said f-it and retired early because my mental and physical health was more important then working in that insane asylum. I miss all the great people I worked with. Still in touch with most
